I was there for one night stay. Long story in short, I was suffering from stomach infection while checking out from the hotel (not because of hotel food) Staff is so kind that they arranged auto for hospital and when we came back from hospital for picking up luggage, I was still in pain. General manager again arranged one room(even after checkout) for me without any cost and staff offered Tea, joice and fruits for every hour untill I recover from that pain. Great service, Great people I was very happy with their service🙂

Rooms are decent and well maintained. Mostly the front desk Jawed was very helpful and polite. He helped us with great interest to arrange Cab for local site seeing. Thanks a lot Jawed.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and the all services were excellent. Reception Mr Jawad was very welcoming and ready to help in all prospectives. The food is very good and hot which was prepared by Chef Bhat Hilal. The services was provided by Mr Aamir which was excellent and on time. The maintenance and room services were provided by Mr Mir hilal which was always on point and provided whenever asked. Mr Ali Mohd provided housekeeping which was good. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming and always ready to provide the services. It was a great experience in this hotel during our Srinagar visit.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and all the services were excellent. When we checked in to the hotel, we got Kahwah as wellcome drink. Rooms are decent and well maintained. Receptionist Mr. Mir Javid and all the other staffs were very welcoming, courteous, humble and extended their supports very quickly when ever we asked for. All are very energetic and helpful. Foods were also tasty. It was a great experience in this hotel during our Srinagar visit. But they should re think the price of mineral water. For 1 Itr 50 rupees is too much. Also they are providing only 250 ml of water per person as complimentary.

Hotel palazzo is very nice hotel.we stayed there for three nights and 2 days. Food was very nice. Staff was very disciplined and friendly. Hotel management was very good.. Their service was very good. Thanks to all the staff of hotel palazzo especially Ubaid Mushtaq is very nice guy.

This hotel is good i stayed 3 nights and 3 days i comfortable say that one of the best hotel for ever location is good hotel management also good and one of the best guy that is mr mir hilal he helped us ever time every minute...his service is so fast i like this guy.
