1. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a cancellation fee of one night's stay.

2. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in on the reserved date without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount for one night's stay.

3. Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Modification of Reservation

Reservation modifications are subject to availability. Any changes made within 48 hours of the check-in date may incur additional charges.
